These rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) define the general conditions under which Codemoon LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer) applies promo codes and gift certificates.

An Internet user registered on the Site.
Promo code
A sequence of letters and numbers formed by the Organizer, after using which the User is granted the right to purchase Services on the Site at a discount. A discount is any reduction in the cost of the Service.
Services
Providing access to the Services of the Site, as well as other services provided by the Organizer on the Site.
Basket
A special section of the Site where the selected Services are displayed.
Website
A set of information, texts, graphic elements, design, images, photos, video materials and other results of intellectual activity, as well as computer programs contained in an information system that ensures the availability of such information on the Internet at https://codemoon.tech /. The rules for using the Website functionality are governed by the Website User Agreement https://codemoon.tech / and its services/
All terms not defined in this section are interpreted in accordance with the terms of the User Agreement and the terms of use of individual services of the Site:https://codemoon.tech/
2. Terms of use of Promo Codes
2.1. Formation and distribution of Promo Codes
2.1.1. The Organizer uses Promo Codes to promote the Services provided.
2.1.2. The Organizer can generate the following types of Promo codes:
- Promo codes that provide the User with a discount in the amount of a certain percentage of the cost of the selected Service.
- Promo codes that provide the User with a discount in the amount of a fixed amount from the cost of the selected Service.
- Promo codes that provide the User with a discount of 100% of the cost of the selected Service.
2.1.3. The Organizer distributes information about Promo Codes:
- on the Website; network resources of partners;
- in a personalized newsletter sent to the User from an email address with a domain name https://codemoon.tech/
- in any promotional materials.
2.1.4. By distributing information about Promo Codes, the Organizer determines:
- a list of Services to which a Promo code can be applied;
- the period during which the Promo Code can be used;
- other conditions for the use of the Promo Code.
Information about the terms of use of the Promo Code can be defined in the rules of the Event when the Promo Code is provided as an incentive to the User. In other cases, the terms of use of the Promo Code are fixed on a page on the Internet, electronic or paper, where information about the Promo Code is posted (hereinafter in this section of the Rules — Description).
2.2. Promo Code Usage Rules
2.2.1. The Promo Code can only be used by the Site User for personal purposes to gain access to the Services on the Site. The description may provide that the activation of the Promo Code is possible only by certain categories of Users.
2.2.2. The promo code can be activated only once, unless otherwise specified in the Description.
2.2.3. The lost Promo Code cannot be restored.
2.2.4. The promo code can be used until the date specified in the Description or rules of the Event. If no such date is specified, the Promo Code is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of the first dissemination of information about it (clause 2.1.3). If the Promo Code has not been used before the expiration of the specified period, it becomes inoperable and cannot be used to gain access to the Services.
2.2.5. The User independently ensures the safety of the Promo Code. The User independently bears all risks associated with the loss of the Promo Code, unauthorized access and/or use of the Promo Code by third parties. In these cases, the Organizer does not restore the Promo Code.
2.2.6. The User is prohibited from selling the Promo Code, as well as using it in other ways for commercial purposes. In case of violation of this requirement, the Organizer has the right to terminate the Promo Code ahead of time, as well as to terminate the User's access to other services of the Site without reimbursement of the cost of paid Services.
2.2.7. The discount on the Promo Code CANNOT be COMBINED with other promotions and discounts of the User and (or) the Organizer.
2.2.8. When returning a product purchased using a Promo Code, only the cost actually paid by the User for the product is subject to refund. The amount of the discount provided to the User as a result of the use of the Promo Code is non-refundable.
2.3. Activation of the Promo Code
2.3.1. To activate the Promo Code, you must:
a) Add Services to the Shopping Cart. To do this, select the Service and proceed to payment (use the buttons "Buy course" -> "Proceed to payment" or similar);
b) On the Shopping Cart page, enter the Promo Code in the "I have a promo code" field.
2.3.2. After activation:
- For Promo Codes that provide a discount of up to 99.9% of the cost of Services, the total cost of Services will be recalculated. The total cost of Services is reflected on the payment page. By going to the payment method selection page and clicking the "Select payment method" button, the User confirms his agreement with the total amount of the Order to be paid. The User gets access to the Service after paying the remaining part of the cost of Services. The available Service is reflected in the User's personal account on the Website.
- For Promo Codes that provide a discount of 100% of the cost of Services, the Service is provided at no additional charge. The available Service is reflected in the User's personal account on the Website.
- If you refuse to receive Services, the Promo code used to access the Service will not be restored.
2.3.3. The discount amount received after activation of the Promo Code is not provided to the User in any form in monetary terms.
3. Final provisions
3.1. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the terms of the Rules. Such changes come into force from the moment of publication of the new version of the Rules.
3.2. Before using the Promo Code or Gift Certificate, the User undertakes to familiarize himself with the current version of the Rules posted at: https://codemoon.tech / In case of disagreement with the terms of the new edition of the Rules, the User undertakes not to use a Promo Code or a Gift Certificate.
3.3. The Rules and all legal relations arising from them are regulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation without regard to its conflict of laws rules. All disputes arising are resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
3.4. In case of any disagreements between the User and the Organizer regarding the holding of Events, such disagreements must be settled using the mandatory pre-trial claim procedure. The user submits a claim to: https://codemoon.tech /. The Organizer sends the claim to the User's address specified during registration. The deadline for responding to a claim is 10 (ten) working days from the date of its receipt. In case of non-compliance with all the above conditions, the mandatory claim procedure is not considered to be met.
